Herbs That Can Help Get Rid of Cellulite

When you’re looking for natural ways to get rid of cellulite, there’s none that’s as gentle as using herbs. Different herbs can be used in different ways. Some herbs can be made into a tea and drank, eaten or applied to directly to the cellulite areas.

You can start using herbs simply by using them to flavour your food. Try cumin, sage, fennel and thyme in your cooking.

Horse chestnut has anti-inflammatory properties and also helps to improve blood circulation. It is a valuable ingredient in anti-cellulite creams and other cellulite products.

Evening primrose oil, lemon, and strawberry are some of the herbs used to reduce cellulite and improve the skin texture in the affected areas. They should be rubbed in the affected areas 3 or 4 times daily.

And when it comes to diet, eat more fat burning foods that are full of iodine such as bananas, grapes, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, egg yolks and brown rice.
